All Mystery Gift Boxes will be dispatched on the same, or next, working day.
Boxes will be sent free of charge, via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. Royal Mail estimates that these boxes will arrive within 2-5 working days, including Saturdays.
You also have the option of Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. This service will be charged at £4 per box (since each Mystery Gift Box is sent separately). Royal Mail estimates that these boxes will arrive within 1-2 working days.
If you are an overseas buyer, or if you wish to send your Mystery Gift Box overseas, please contact us before you place your order. Unfortunately, we can not send Mystery Gift Boxes overseas free of charge. When you contact us, we will let you know the cost of posting your Mystery Gift Box overseas. You will then be able to decide whether you wish to proceed with the purchase or not. An invoice will be sent via PayPal for this additional amount of postage, and we will not be able to dispatch your Mystery Gift Box until we receive this amount. If you place your order, before first checking the cost of postage, we will email you advising you of the cost of sending your Mystery Gift Box. We will not dispatch your Mystery Gift Box until we receive confirmation from yourselves (and indeed the additional payment)- if you wish to withdraw from the process of buying your Mystery Gift Box at this stage, we will action your refund immediately. This may take up to 5 days to return to your account.
Our most important promise; if you are not happy with your Mystery Gift Box, we will offer you a full refund of the value of the Mystery Gift Box.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your Mystery Gift Box.
We will then send you the details on how to return your Mystery Gift Box to us. Importantly, the cost of returning the Mystery Gift Box to us will be at the buyers expense.
Please return your Mystery Gift Box to us by Royal Mail Signed For, so that it can be tracked and traced on its return back to us. This is important, as it covers yourself (the buyer), and ourselves in the rare instance that Royal Mail lose the Mystery Gift Box in transit to us.
Every item in your Mystery Gift Box must be returned to us in pristine condition. All items must be unopened and unused. If an item is returned to us damaged, or opened, we will deduct the cost of this item from the refund amount.
Please note that we are not able to refund optional extras that you have added to your order, such as 1st Class Shipping, Gift Wrapping, or a Personalised Label.
Once we receive every item in your returned Mystery Gift Box, in excellent condition, we will process your refund for you.
We will always endeavour to process your refund for you immediately- however, during peak periods, please allow us 48 hours for us to action your refund.
Once the refund request has been actioned, this can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
